When we started to shelter-in-place,
People re-discovered their own pace,
Some stayed staring on screens ,
While others cleaned until spotless sheen,
Most stayed home to avoid COVID,
while those with cabin fever lost it,
We find ourselves wondering what is the new norm?
Or how to conform.
Seeing all the ignorance
How will we find tolerance?
Slowly will we know,
That our world will re-glow.
As we forget our LVs, Lulus, Teslas,
We become more like Painters, Gardeners, and Bakers.
More resilient, and debuting as new makers!
