Source: https://workingmotherwellness.com/parenting-hacks/growth-mindset-praising-effort-over-intelligence/attachment/growth-fixed-mindset-diagram/

This is the perfect time to zone out, and give yourself some space/time to revisit your goals. The purpose of revisiting your goals isn’t to check in on progress or how you have failed yourself. It’s about learning to continuously recalibrate your goals. Understanding that nothing in life goes to plan. The best and most successful people use goals as reference points, the secret is knowing when to pivot. Use the following 47 exercises to help you revisit your goals. https://positivepsychology.com/goal-setting-exercises/

PS: Goal setting is most effective if you are in the right state of mind (i.e. the right mind set). I recommend listening to Tony Robbin’s 10min exercise to get your ready. https://www.cnbc.com/2017/01/26/tony-robbins-shares-the-10-minute-routine-that-sets-him-up-for-success.html

47. Do a Vision Board for the rest of 2020

We did not have a good start to the year. I know it’s hard to stay focused or get back to what we now call “normal”, or what is “normal”? But we all have to soon, so to help you get there, consider drawing up your “vision board” or vision poster. It is a one page document describing what is your vision or purpose in life, what are you “towards values” you believe, your “away values”, goals you will set that takes you closer to your vision. Trust me, it’s a lot to think about. I think the journey of writing one up is more fun than the actual output.

48. Listen to ODESZA

Okay this is a very biased idea. But seriously, they are so good and food for your ears! I would recommend listening to them for a chill night in. Just you and the music. Start off with this youtube mix:
